IMT Nord Europe is one of the leading engineering schools north of Paris, with over 2,200 students, more than 600 graduates per year and a network of over 16,000 graduates. It is part of the Institut Mines-Télécom, France's leading group of engineering and management Grandes Ecoles.
Its mission is to train engineers who are useful to their country and ready for the world of tomorrow, mastering both digital technologies and industrial know-how.
Preparatory Cycle
The two years of the Preparatory Cycle are dedicated to common core courses as well as to exploring the main professional fields linked to the school's teaching, research, and innovation centers:

  • Energy and Environment
  • Materials and Processes
At the end of these two years, you will have the opportunity to join either the General Engineering Cycle or one of the Specialized Engineering Cycles.

General engineering studies Cycle
Our General Engineering program trains professionals capable of working in a wide range of industries, equipped with a strong scientific foundation and skills in project management, innovation, and ecological and digital transition. Through hands-on projects, internships, and international experience, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of today's and tomorrow's major challenges.
Specialized engineering cycles
By combining multidisciplinary theoretical knowledge with immersion in the professional world, IMT Nord Europe trains specialized engineers who are experts in their field and capable of addressing today's major technological, industrial, and environmental challenges. Five specialized fields are offered:
Specialised Master's degrees
The πA program provides students with effective working methods and a strong foundation in fundamental scientific knowledge, essential for continuing and succeeding in IMT Nord Europe's apprenticeship-based engineering program.
Masters Internationnaux
Specialised Master's degrees
IMT Nord Europe offers scientific Master's degree graduates an additional one-year course to specialise in a specific field. These specialist Master's degree programmes are accredited by the French Institute of Graduate Schools and qualify students to work as Technical Directors, or Project Managers in their chosen area of expertise.
